Porsche have a suite of smart phone apps that can help improve your experience of ownership with your Porsche.
The Porsche Connect apps.
The first, Porsche Car Connect, lets you use your smartphone or Apple Watch® to retrieve vehicle data and remotely control selected vehicle functions. Another feature is the Porsche Vehicle Tracking System (PVTS) including theft detection, enabling the remote location of a stolen vehicle across most of Europe.
The second app is the Porsche Connect app. This allows you to send chosen destinations to your Porsche before you start your journey. As soon as your smartphone is connected to Porsche Communication Management (PCM), you will be able to display them in the vehicle and transfer them directly to the navigation system.
Porsche Offroad Precision App
Make off-road driving a thrilling experience, choose an off-road park and start recording your favourite route. Keep the best off-road driving moments as a film or image and include the display of relevant vehicle data. After the journey, a "best of" video clip, set to music, is compiled from the recording, which you can share through social networking sites. You can also evaluate your driving experience.
Porsche Track Precision App
Record your driving performance, analyse it in the app, or export and share all your driving data. Thanks to precise GPS data, lap times can automatically be recorded. You can select your desired track from over 130 predefined race tracks worldwide. For later analysis, you can record your journey, enriched with helpful driving data so you can improve your driving performance. Evaluate driving data and compare it to the previous journey. You can detect how to optimise potential in braking behaviour or steering angle. You can simply export videos and driving data for detailed analysis on a computer. And of course, share your driving experience with friends through social networking sites.
The Porsche Newsroom App
The Porsche Newsroom app comes with an included augmented reality feature for journalists, bloggers and Porsche enthusiasts. Receive high-quality current news and stories while getting exclusive glimpses behind the scenes of the company. In addition, extend your point of view with the new augmented reality function: use your smartphone or tablet to scan selected publications by Porsche and experience as they are brought to digital life.
The Official Porsche Calendar
Now available as an app for smartphones and tablets, the Porsche Calendar App is typically Porsche. The app combines sporty design with uncompromising functionality. All calendar functions and settings are intuitive to use and make the everyday life of the user even more efficient. In addition to the original images of the traditional wall calendar, the digital Porsche Calendar offers app specials every month with exclusive additional content, such as detailed background information on legendary Porsche models and extra vehicle motifs.

*Data determined in accordance with the measurement method required by law. Since 01 September 2018 all new cars are approved in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP). You can find more information on WLTP at
. From 01 January 2019, all fuel consumption figures are shown as determined in accordance with WLTP. CO₂ figures will be shown as NEDC-equivalent values, as CO₂ based taxation will continue to be based on an NEDC value (derived from WLTP) until 06 April 2020. For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
